How to Prepare for a Hired Spit Braai at Your Venue

Whether you're hiring just the equipment or going full-service, preparing your venue in Durbanville can make a huge difference in how smoothly the day goes. Here’s what you’ll want to have in place before our team arrives.

We recommend at least 3x3 metres of open ground for the spit setup. Grass, paving, or even driveway space is perfect. Just make sure it’s level and not too close to overhanging trees.
